    Default Squat Form Check - 155kg / 341lb

    Hi Coaches,

it's been a long time since my last form check (http://startingstrength.com/resource...tml#post911938) and I would like a follow up.

Reason is the latest video of Rip explaining a too vertical back angle as a common squat error.
I am not sure whether or not I messed up my squat form in the past months.

I read all books of Rip and I am not experiencing any pain in my knees or back (for know anyways).

Thank you for taking the time to review my form

    Steve

This is a terrible shot for a form check, read the sticky before filming your next.

That said, you are too vertical. Lean over more from the top, embrace the horizontality. Looks like depth might be iffy too, another inch or two would be good.

Thank you! Squat session yesterday felt different, but in a good way.

I wish you all the best for your upcoming surgery!
