    Sir,
Going to order the DVD tonight.

I just recently returned from a 13 week course with a lot of rolling around and running and jumping. Per your advice a while back, I cut the barbell workouts to twice a week. Squats, Bench/Press and Deadlifts/Pull ups.
All was well until the last day of training. During some ground work I managed to injure my knee. I did not feel it at the time. For two days, it was sensitive to the touch on the inside of the knee, right on top of the bone.
It hurt quite a bit to walk, and it hurt pretty much all the time. However, I could squat down to a full squat, and that did not seem to make it hurt any more or less. Lateral movements the same. This is day three and its about 50 percent better. I have never had serious knee issues before, any ideas or suggestions?
    thanks
    John

I think it will continue to heal, as most things do.
