As always, your input is priceless...
But my concern is that of the many posts and threads I have read, I have noticed people's personal records and 5rm are way above what I do. I have been lifting weights for 2+ years before being introduced to SS. My main concern was "bodybuilding" at the time (waste of time,minimal strength increase)
From Sep '08 till Feb '09 I was on SS, (now on TM). Taking into account good calorie and protein intake, sleep and form, are my stats considered low or weak? Or am I just insecure? Genetics?(never was a strong guy-till SS)
as of today:
6'1--225 lbs
Squat 4rm 245lbs. (below parallel)
Deadlift 4rm 300lbs. (no straps)
Powerclean 2rm 160lbs.
Bench 3rm 190lbs.
Press 3rm 145lbs.
These are not terribly good numbers, but you failed to say how much bodyweight you have gained and how much your numbers have increased.
