This is me doing 180. Can't seem to get past this number, so I imagine it's a form issue.

You certainly have some form issues, but explain this logic to me.

All my other lifts are progressing and I'm eating enough.

What form issues do you see?

Why don't you post some stats first. Ht/Wt/age (and your starting weight and how long ago that was) and what your other lifts are.

I know I'm the one asking for help, but all I'm interested in is critique on my squat form. Not sure why you want everything else.

    Because it matters.

Get some shoes, the bar path seems kind of odd, kind of like an "Ll" shape. You bottom out, then move forward, then up.

Because you are the one stuck at 180, you don't want to be stuck at 180, and there's no reason why technique would make you stick at 180. You should get stronger, even with poor technique. So answer the questions so that we can stop wasting time.

Sigh..just forget that I said I'm stuck. I really just want to get my squat form hammered out.

I don't want this to turn into a general critique, I simply want this to turn into a discussion about form. I'm not here to be told "eat more and get ur sleep bro". I'm gaining a lb a week, getting at least 1g/lb+ protein a day, and I sleep 8 hours a night. The numbers of my other lifts are not relevant, and with the previous sentence I've answered what you would be getting at anyway.
