You need to narrow your stance a few inches. Otherwise looks okay to me.
This is set 2 of 215, which was oddly easy after 210 took 3 workouts.
Things I see:
-Legs coming in a little bit
-Knees going forward a bit too much
-Depth not as low as I thought, i'm probably decently high.
Is the knee movement minor and to be expected with close to 5RM? I've had some soreness around my right patella for a few workouts, but only on the first few warm up sets, its fine by the time I get to the working weight.
And, how bad is depth?

This...Why did 210 take 3 sessions? Check your food and recovery. You're missing something beyond just depth on your squats.which was oddly easy after 210 took 3 workouts.

First miss was because I went after I had dinner, and had to stop because I was very close to throwing it all up. The next time, I missed the last rep of the last set, probably from lack of sleep. Had to miss 5 days this week (hey, lets close the gym for 2 days for columbus day!), but still got 220 today pretty easily.
