Height to weight question
Hey Mark I got a question for you.
Im about to start my second venture into a mass gain following SS again with some stuff added from the 2nd edition. My first venture was pretty successful starting at 123lbs at 5'5'' and ending at 143lbs. Jumping back on the CF wagon I dropped to 133 and Im ready to start up again with my eventual goal being 150.
Anyways, my strength has never been the greatest which is why i'll be straying from CF for a while and just sticking to strength training for who knows how long. I have always wondered what exactly is a proper and healthy height and weight ratio for someone my size. Generally, your average athletes tend to be in the 5'8 - 6'0 range, at least that what I tend to see and they are encouraged to get up to the 190 - 210 range but what exactly would be healthy for 5'5''?

Depending on your frame, 160-175 sounds like a good fit bodyweight at 5'5".
