    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Not sure where to post this: I'm going to be in the Orlando Fla area for a month and would like to know of any gyms, any type, where I can continue SS. One that wouldn't mind an old timer. Any help?
