- Anterior guide bar is in line with the tips of the users toes such that the users knees are unable to extend out past the toes (Basis of design idea 1). The tubow is better piece of equipment if only for the reason that it can fall over. and its free. You can't knock this one over. The tubow forces you to actually use correct form. You can lean on this one all you want and it won't go anywhere. This is silly.
