    Default Deadlift form check

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    This is a submaximal lift at 130kg and a maximal lift at 150kg. As you can see the bar rounds a little bit, is that something I should fix? For what it's worth it feels okay.

    It looks like you're rushing the setup. it also looks like you could squeeze your shoulders harder

    Your deadlifts look fine. Consider wearing a belt.
