High bar form check
Hello,
Here is my last working set. I did 5x5 at 210. I am working toward low bar, but I do have shoulder mobility issues.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

Knees may be a bit wobbly but it was hard to tell because the video playback was jerky on my computer. I have two suggestions. Don't crane your head back as you come up. Keep the neck in line with your spine. Second, use a proper valsalva maneuver. Take a big breath at the top and hold it in with tightly contracted abs during the whole squat.
If shoulder flexibility is truly preventing you from doing low bar, the wrapped-wrist thumbs-around grip that Dwayne_KONG_Wint advocates _may_ help. He describes it in this post and provides some helpful links further down in the thread. I don't know if it's appropriate for you but I'm just putting it out there as something to consider.

Thanks, if anything, I do know that on this particular set I forgot to constantly tell myself knees out, so that may account for the knee wobble.
Also, it's amazing how much I think I'm looking down, but then I watch myself and see that I'm not. I think I'm afraid if I look down too much, I'll end up doing Good Mornings.
I have a history of joint laxity in my shoulders, to the point where they have each dislocated many times in my life. I had a Bankart Repair on the left one, which fixed the dislocating but left me with slightly less range of motion. I am hesitant to push the range of motion too far, but I am open to healthy, sensible ways to increase ROM. I'll check out the link you posted.
