I'm NDTP, but it works anyway
I've been off and on doing starting strength for a few years. Committing for 3-4 months before life gets in the way. In the last run, I performed an HLM template. Today my workplace had a mini powerlifting meet, and I was able to get:
Squat: 425
Bench: 255
DL: 435
I know these aren't amazing numbers for a 33year old male at 220 lbs. But are certainly not even close to what I would have expected the first time I ran the program.
