Carry on, sir.
This isn't really a question but more of a comment on my experience so far.
Until I started SS, I never knew exactly how skinny I was. That may sound stupid, but let me explain... I am 6'4" and about 215 to 218 now. When I started the program, I was about 185. I used to run cross country in college. At my peak race weight, I was 165/170 soaking wet.
In my mind, I thought that I would look "big" if I got to 215. I mean, that's 30 pounds heavier than when I started. Now I am at 215, and I still don't look anywhere close to big... Just kind of filled out. I have the early beginnings of what will eventually become traps. My arms look bigger, but I still have womanly forearms. I have developed a bit of a "badonk", my legs are much much bigger, but they still don't have much shape to them.
So I looked up the height/weights of some NFL wide receivers for reference. They are usually in the neighborhood of 6'3-6'5 and 225 to 235 pounds.... and even THEY don't really look big.
Dmitry Klokov is like 6'1, 230lbs and is probably the physical embodiment of what I would look like in a perfect world. Basically, Superman. I want Superman stats, damn it. If I take his height/weight ratio and convert that with my height, that would put me over 240lbs, which is 55lbs heavier than when I started this thing.
Lunchtime rant over.
Carry on, sir.
Tree-fiddy.
I'm 6'7" and weighed about 205 @ 15% BF in July. I thought 225 @ 15% BF would make me look yoooje! I am now approaching 240 @ around 20% BF and feel like 250 @ 15% BF might make me look like I lift a bit. Ultimately I think I will be aiming for 275 @ 15% BF to be just big enough to make people feel nervous, but not so big to make children cry.
I'm 5'8 and my body-weight is at 172 lbs. I'd like to move up to 181 and stay there. Also, Klokov is 6'0 and walks around 250 lbs. He competes in the 105 category, and he said it's tough for him to cut down to 230. That man is too strong for Olympic weightlifting:

And he has razor sharp abzors.......*swoons*
I did some math. Assuming the same approximate density, the mass of an object is proportional to the cube of its height.
Smolov: 6'1" 230lbs
Smolov-shape at
6'3" (GrimmThing) 249
6'4" (tweakxc03) 260
6'7 (lankytunes) 292

You won't look like you lift weights or be able to use your levers until you are at least 3lb per inch of height. You won't be big until you are 3.25lb+ per inch of height. That's 225+ for a 5'9" guy.
I am ridiculous.
