Power Clean Form Check
Hey Coaches,

Then I added 1kg and they broke down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoP8iKLyYMw My upper arm was pretty sore for the couple days afterwards (unracking on the bench press was painful) probably because of the way I was catching these. I'm thinking fast elbows on every rep but they're never fast enough.

The probelm is there in the earlier/lighter video too - you're waiting for the bar to hit you instead of aggressively meeting the bar. Don't just think fast elbows, but also STRIKE THE BAR WITH YOUR SHOULDERS, don't wait for the bar to come crashing down on you.
Also, be sure you're touching your legs the whole way up, including your thigh at the jumping position.
