    Default Light, Standard Length Barbell?

My mother is osteopenic. I'd like her to begin barbell training. She has my 20kg barbell at her house, but as she's 65 years old, 4'11" and about 100 pounds, she has difficulty using it for anything other than Deadlifts.

Also at the house are some squat stands, the single-piece kind. I'd like to get her a light barbell (preferably under 25 pounds), but it would need to be wide enough between the collars that it could fit on the squat stands. I've searched Rogue and other places, but can't find info on the distance between the collars for the lighter barbells.

So: can anyone recommend a light barbell that would fit a standard squat rack?

The Rogue 15 pound, 5KG, and Junior 10KG all have the same/standard 52 inches between the collars as a standard bar. It says that about each bar right on their respective pages.

I got my mom one of the York 6' bars. Does its job.
