    Coach,

    If you wouldn't mind watching these two videos real quick and offering a short comment or two I'd appreciate it. My first thought upon watching them is that I may need to spend some time with a TUBOW. Anything else?

    As a side note, Active Hip 2.0 is a fantastic article and has helped me stay out of my knees and keep my back nice and tight. My thanks to you and Dr. Bradford for writing it, as well as all of the great work you guys do. I hope the video evidence below demonstrates that I've paid attention and comprehended at least some of it!

    Yes, you're headed toward your toes at the bottom, a function of having not gotten this done at the top. But these are not the worst squats I've seen this week.

    I'll take that last part as a compliment I guess.

    Thanks coach, I'll work with the TUBOW on getting my knees to their end destination earlier.
