I am stuck doing front squats for a while (my shoulder has had better days and i cant rotate it back for back squats see thread here where Tom helped me).

I have been getting pain in my right knee for a while after my squats but its intermittant.
I cant do leg press or knee raises without brutal knee pain.
Also after running i basic cant walk for a few days...so i dont run :|

These are the videos from a day which gave me a lot of pain.
The pain here felt like it was on the inside (as in close to my other leg) of my patella but sometimes it feels like it is on the back of the petalla/back of knee.
Pain typically is worst when climbing stairs.

I had previously been told to keep my knees set which Im pretty good at now. This weight is really light for me...but its all i can really handle with a front squat without getting crazy form.

45 degree My butt does something wierd at the bottom of my range.

Side View notable felt pain here

i cant be offended and i know im horrible at lifting...so let loose.

Those are fine front squats. I don't see anything injurious about them. I would suggest taking a slightly wider stance and not pointing your toes out quite to so far, but nothing there looks like it is going to make your knee explode. Did you do something else to the knee that might be causing this? Have you tried knee sleeves or a light wrap?
