Not bad. You could do with shoving your knees out a bit more and reaching back with your hips. The hip drive was fine in the beginning, but you got out of your hips and started lifting your chest more at the end. Rep 4 was suspect on depth, but you were fine on the others.
Just a couple tweaks and you're good.
In terms of the stall, have you already gone through the Three Questions™? May be time for a program change if you've already gone through these and addressed them.
