Looks like SS forum or website software doesn't support Chinese characters Rip.

The feedback so far is that the translation is indeed very good.

I can see the headlines now: "US Beef, Milk Exports To China Hit Record High. Economists Stumped."

Thank you so much. I had no idea you were planning on translating this to Chinese. Now I can finally get my parents and relatives who think reading English is a pain in the ass to start seeing the light of weight lifting. My Chinese was never good enough to communicate and convince them to start lifting.

Only problem is, it appears only to ship to Taiwan and Mainland China, are there any for sale that ship to Texas?

Huh. So, China is the largest market out there, obviously. But aside from the Olympic lifting community, is there a sizable appetite for barbell training in the general public?

    Guess you'll find out.

Also, were bootleg versions already in circulation there?

Probably about the same as there was here when the English version went into print.

None that we are aware of.

There's a pretty dedicated powerlifting community hidden in the cracks, SS has got a bit of cult recognition but anyone lacking in English wasn't getting the "inner secrets."

The mainstream fitness industry is starting to track towards CF and barbell style workouts. The industry as a whole has had a huge upswing in just the last year so there's a lot less legacy bs to work around.

There were bootleg versions of the English editions, let's hope that we can keep a lid on the Chinese version for awhile. There's also something about having the actual books on your shelf if you're serious about training.

So far people are saying the translation is damn good. There was plenty of sweat and tears put into it.

Some are, some aren't. Diary and meat consumption has increased alongside people's incomes.

Those who are appropriately dedicated will find a work-around.
