Hello Mr. Rip,
Wondering if my squat is good?
I have a hard time getting low enough, i have to do at least 4 warmup sets every time just to stretch out and get there.
Here's my second and third work set with 60Kg:

Points for the Ingmar Bergman production aspect of the video . . . definitely in the running for "Best Lighting in a Production Video" at this year's Rippies.
I noticed that.
You've got to try this - -click here and turn up the volume:
Carmina Burana - Karl Orff
then flip over and watch the OP's squats on mute . . . . .
I'll work on that, it is hard to get lower, i must be very unflexible, it tears at my hips.
I tried doing some stiff-legged deadlifts before to stretch out, like it says in the book but it didn't help.
Also i didn't know about this Ingmar Bergman person but his movies seem rather strange.
It's not that you aren't very flexible. You are stretching your adductors out before you get to parallel. This is the "tear" you are feeling. Being your heels in to about shoulder width apart. Keep your knees out the same way you are now. I bet you will drop a lot further down.
Nobody mentioned shoes?
