Can you do hammer curls with dumbbells? Those are great.
I have fucked my left wrist (technical term) and consequently I cannot bear any load with my left hand fully supinated. It's slowly getting better, to th epoint I can now face my palm to the ceiling without pain, but I still cant hold anything in it. Even an empty barbell causes a sharp pain. It has lead to me subbing assisted pull ups (on a machine) for chin ups. My concern is that my arms are already lagging behind the rest of my body in the strength gains to the point I think they are effecting my bench press. The pullups seem to be helping my back and shoulders more than the biceps.
I can use the EZ curl bar with only minor pain, or my gym has a bar with handles at 90 degrees to the bar (sort of like a narrow grip hammer curl action). What is better for strength?

There are curl machines in some gyms. You can probably figure out a way to use them without loading your wrist. Also, this is why you never cheat on righty.
Oh I hate the curl machine, feels weird. Might try dumbell hammer curls.
Are either a better option than an EZ bar curl?
I like chins better than pullups, but pullups ain't that bad of a substitution while you're working through shit. If you want to work biceps more, can you do parallel bar pullups?
Seconded on hammer curls.
better give up lifting and join the non-lifters in E and P.
