Pretty solid squat. I'm not worried about the knees at all. It does seem like you are trying to lead with the chest/head a bit and not the hips. HIP DRAHVE! :-) Think about the bar sitting on top of your ass instead of back on your shoulders. What would the squat look like if that were the case? Make it look like that. Basically you'll think about driving the hips up hard.
I'm nitpicking here - as your squat is pretty solid - but I can see you throw your head and neck into the bar on the way up and can tell hip drive is reduced a tad.
