100kg 3x5 to 140 3x5, still on SS
Noone can give you that answer. Where someone stalls out is an individual matter. I didn't make it past 235x5 on SS, but I was squatting high bar.
You would basically need to do 3 sessions per week with a 2.5kg increase each session from now until then with no stalling. I say shoot for it.
I wouldn't count on it, but it's a realistic goal. You can miss two workouts and make it. I don't know that I've had many 6 week stretches without any interruption whatsoever, and keep in mind this is over the holidays, but you can come close.
It is possible. The real question is are you up to it?
