30 lbs for Squat/DL and 15 lbs for Bench isn't bad. Just depends on level of advancement. For a 55 y/o intermediate I'd say you did pretty good
I'm a 55 yom, 195lbs @ 5'9" and have just finished my first cycle on the KSC raw powerlifting program. I added 15lbs on my tested bench 1RM (230>245) and 30lbs on my squat and deadlift 1RM (300>330). A couple of questions on these results.
1. Is this good, bad or average progress for the program?
2. If I ran another cycle would I get similar results?

Thanks I will try another cycle and see if I can repeat the results. The program is great, I felt fresh the whole cycle and got some nice hypertrophy in addition to the strength gains.
