Takeaways:
-Don't do too many different exercises.
-Train frequently.
-Squat and and do a press a couple of times per week.
-But train explosively, too.
-This means the olympic lifts (surprise surprise)
-Athletes should train at three different speeds: (1) Lift heavy weights slowly, (2) lift lighter weights faster, and (3) lift even lighter weight even faster. I think this basically means (1) do the power lifts, (2) do the olympic lifts, and (3) do sprints, box jumps, sled work, clap pushups, etc.
-Oh, and push presses will make me a first-round NFL draft pick.

In other words, not much that will be news to anyone around here. Sounds a lot like Justin Lascek's GPP program.
