Trying to learn power cleans. My training partner says they're decent, but still I'd like to know the big/little problems with this.

As for the squat, I was fine a few weeks ago but now the weight is heavy and I think my form is deteriorating. Other than knee buckle and funny head movement, are there any oddities?

Presses were too heavy. Excuse the face on rep4.

    Thanks dad.

The cleans looked good, if slow, except for the first rep where you jumped forward. But you fixed it. Nice to have such a good son.

But you never visit me dad.

I agree it looks slow. What exactly could I focus on to improve speed? My first pull seems to be a decent speed. My second pull (jump) is lacking?

    Squats seem ok too?

I owe your mom a lot of money.

You can speed up your explosion by focusing on the jump, by focusing on the stomp, or by hitting your thighs harder at the jumping position, whichever works best.
