    Hello everyone,
here is my 3rd set of 5 reps, 232.5#. I filmed with more of a back angle specifically because I am trying to fix my bent wrist over the bar, and the elbow problem.
Please comment on how to improve. Specifically, bar placement (low bar vs high bar), depth, elbows, wrists, hip drive, etc.
Your assistance is much appreciated in advance. The rack upright is in the way a bit, but I was trying to capture a lot of points with this one video.
Next post I will film straight from the back if that helps out more.
    Thanks again.

Bar is too high on your back. Reach your hand over your opposite shoulder (right hand over left shoulder or left hand over right shoulder - doesn't matter) and feel for the bony protrusion. That's the spine of the scapula and the bar should sit just below that. The bar should be in the heel of your hand with a straight wrist. Stop rolling your knuckles over the bar.

OK great. Will do. I will have to get more flexible to get into correct position I guess.
    Any other suggestions for improvement?
    Thanks.

Changing where the bar is will change others things automatically. Let's work with one big thing at a time. Re-film and come back and we'll go from there.

OK. I understand. Do you suggest I decrease the weight, leave it at 232.5, or just add a couple of pounds to 235. Nitpicky question I suppose, I am just questioning if my form is good enough to keep progressing by adding weight , or its basically pointless to progress till I fix this issue.
My apologies if I am beating a dead horse or my line of questioning sounds odd
    Thanks.

I wouldnt worry about it. It looked easy. Just be prepared for it to feel a bit weird.
