    hello everyone.
    sry about my english.
    i ask for feedback to my squat.
    on 4 and 5 reps looks like i falling forward how can i prevent that?

    Invest in a pair of lifting shoes. Lean over a little more and drive your hips out of the bottom until your standing. Don't lift your chest. Stay in your hips.
