    Hey Coach,

Do you know of any strong, female lifters whose pictures I may show to female friends of mine in an effort to start them on your program? I've found many of CrossFit practitioners, but it makes the girls want to do bodyweight exercises and light kettlebell workouts, which is fantastic compared to their usual time on the hamster machines, but it hasn't gotten any in the power rack so far. There are many girls that do compound barbell exercises, but I can't find any pictures of those whom I know stick to the 5 primary lifts and don't usually lift over 5 reps per set.

    Thanks.

I don't keep such pictures on my computer. That would be wrong.

For hot girls doing compound lift look no further than olympic lifters. Maria de la Puente would be a good place to start.

    I'm doing this for me.

    Thanks.
Check out the links in the past SS training camps subforum and I know I <ahem> glanced at some of the ladies on the SS DVD. Training does the body good.

Lastly, find some pictures or video of high level T&F athletes. Truly inspiring individuals.

Haha, no need to with Google image search just a click away.

With no intention of dirtying this board, here is some inspiration for our chubby female friends.

Those girls look way too bulky. What if she just wants to tone up?

That first video with Dozois-Prevost looks like it was taken in the LSUS training center.

Nobody's even going to call him on this...?
It's an oddly specific denial to a question that was never asked.

RIP - I'll teach you to lie, if you teach me to lift!
