My eating isn't up to par, everyone in the Gym says this (I already knew this).
Back rounded out a bit in the DL... Which we're planing to fix of course. Pressing seems like a strange movement (the entire bar passing in front of your face / elbows out thing seems to be something the body doesn't like to do). Other than that I have no idea what I'm doing (aside from what the people helping me are saying). Looking back at this the Squats might be significatly higher than they need to be...
I have lifting shoes by the grace of those around me...
