    I think today was the "Find your starting point day."

    Body Weight: 175lbs

    Squat:
    135lbsx5
    135lbsx5
    13lbs5x5

    Overhead Press:
    75lbsx5
    85lbsx5
    85lbsx5

    Dead Lift
    50kgx5

    My eating isn't up to par, everyone in the Gym says this (I already knew this).

    Back rounded out a bit in the DL... Which we're planing to fix of course. Pressing seems like a strange movement (the entire bar passing in front of your face / elbows out thing seems to be something the body doesn't like to do). Other than that I have no idea what I'm doing (aside from what the people helping me are saying). Looking back at this the Squats might be significatly higher than they need to be...

    I have lifting shoes by the grace of those around me...

    So... Even though I'm not keeping up on my online log, my paper log is in full swing. I figured I'd post this up... Maybe I'll get better at posting here regularly.

    If anyone at all is interested in the rest of my "progress" drop a note and I'll post up how the last 2 months have gone. As it stands right now it's cool to have put 100lbs+ lbs on the squat in 2 months.
