For the last six months or so as my weights have gone up in my lifts (yes!) I've noticed that the day after either OHP or BP my shoulders while slightly sore and somewhat tired will sometimes pop and click when I move them. By day 2 post lifting that is gone and the shoulders feel good again with no sounds. Is there anything I should be concerned about here? I'm 58 and so this could just be the getting older thing, since everything is fine within two days I haven't worried about it but wondering if there is something to do now to avoid anything in the future. Oh I'm also the biggest I've ever been. I've weighed 155lbs for most of my life since high school anyway and weighed in at 178.8 this past Tuesday. Still have a long way to go though strength wise.
