I'm kind of at my wit's end guys. I've searched for a coach here in New Orleans but haven't found any, so I'm hoping you guys can diagnose my squat via a YouTube video.

Is my stance just not wide enough? Am I going too deep?

    Carlos,

Your squats aren't horrible. Can't tell much about your stance from that angle, try a 45 degree from the rear, or directly from rear. Depth looks about right. Your biggest issues are knees sliding forward at the bottom and moving your head around, instead of fixing your gaze at 4' to 6' out on the floor and keeping it there throughout, you are looking down maybe a bit too much at the bottom, then throwing your head back and losing hip drive on the way up. For your knee slide, try TUBOW. Try these two things and video again, preferably from the 45 degree to the rear angle.

It appears to me that your back angle is changing a lot. It should be constant throughout.

Knees out, hard and fast, 1/2 way down. Keep them there through the ascent. Drive your hips straight up instead of back. Don't look up.

Second attempt today. Used an improvised tubow, or a squat pad over a 25lb plate. Everything felt much better, although I still see a little knee movement at the bottom. Overall, I think it's improved a lot but please, tell me what you guys think!
