You have no pain when training.
You get a 'feeling' when doing 'certain movements'.
Have you considered keeping up the training and avoiding 'certain movements' ?
Coach Rip
Hope you can help me out cause I'm at a total loss here and I've had to stop training entirely. On Monday I decided to do some barbell rows in between my bench sets, you know, to get swole, when I felt a slight pull in my left shoulder.
I went back Tuesday to do my squats and deadlifts and didn't feel any pain at all. The pain is still there when I move the arm around but not while lifting. Today I went back for my press workout (bench and overhead) and felt no pain whatsoever. But I can feel it throughout the day during certain movements......
Please help! I have decided to stop training completely until I no longer feel any pain. Is this the right approach or should I incorporate some mobility excercises to rehab the joint?
