    Dear Coaches,

This is after a 2 week hiatus and a corresponding 15 pound deload. They feel pretty heavy to me and I really feel like my chest is dropping at the bottom and way too difficult to raise on the way up. My height and proportions seem to have my chest much closer to parallel to the floor than I typically see but maybe I'm just bullshitting. Thoughts and critique would be most appreciated.

    Once again, overall not bad.

Your relax quite a bit at the bottom, elbows drop, hips get too low.

Keep the elbows up, shove the knees out, cut it off a little bit higher and drive the hips up.

    Biggest thing, STAY TIGHT.
