Bench Press Form Check
Hello,
I would really appreciate some feedback in my bench press form because I got the feeling that I am doing something wrong.
2nd set:
Here I noticed that my feet are back so in my 3d set I moved them forward.
3d set:
Here I noticed a forward move of the bar in some reps when I am about to touch the chest.
A few things about my setup. The distance of my index finger is 24inch. I am trying to keep my shoulders back and my chest up. Then I take a big breath and doing my best to squeeze my body from feet to chest and complete the set without the bar bounce of chest.

The biggest problem I see with your bench press is that it is not yet 100kg. Things look pretty good. make sure to stay tight at the top. Squeeze your shoulders back even as you extend your arms.
