But my Bench and powerclean are still progressing linearly (due to an issue of tendonitis i've detrained on the bench about 3 weeks, it was stuck at 242x5x3 )
do I simply carry on adding weight linearly for these workouts? Is that how it works when transistioning over?

Yes that is my plan, I'm gonna do intermediate for Presses and squats, and SS for benching and Powercleans.
Another simple question..
Whats the best way to determine the Load for the volume day, I take it the intensity day is just carrying on from where you left off in SS, but for a single set of whatever. but for the volume day I was thinking of dropping a good 40lbs off of what I was doing for 3x5 in SS.
for example
Im gonna start the Volume day doing:
292x5x5
And start the Intensity day with my stalling weight of SS which is 330x5x1.
Sorry i'm sure this has been covered before, but its hard to search for it.
