I'd appreciate feedback on my squat technique.
Age: 32

These are actually pretty good. Remember to finish your rep - stand all the way up. Lock your knees out, standing up (almost) straight. Get your elbows up. On your last set, your descent was somewhat fast. Control it a little better. Tighten up more - take a deep breath (deeper that that) and lock down on it, tighten everything up, then squat.
Once you get beyond that, work on getting out of the rack and squatting a little quicker. Just take a half step back from the rack, get your stance set, and squat.
And give your videographer some quaaludes. He/she/it is too jittery.

You'll have to excuse my videographer (husband), he had just finished his own work sets of the squat.

Before you even unrack, try to get your hips under the bar a little better (which will put you more upright.. closer to the position you'll start the squat in). That might require moving the j-hook up 1-hole in the rack
