Hey Mark. I am new here on this forum. I've been using your program for a month now. I am doing squats 242 lbs 3x5 and doing Press 150lb for 4 reps and other two sets 3 reps and cannot pass that for second try now and I've read here that I have to try 3 times if I fail I deload. Same with bench I am on 187lbs for 4 reps and other two sets for 3 reps. I live in a country where 99% of online deliveries are not possible and smallest increment is 5lb that I can do. Is it okay for bench and press to switch from 3x5 to 5x3? I don't know what else to do.

    I weight 255lbs and 6'7 in height.

I eat good and sleep good. Increments are probably the problem for these two exercises. I don't know how to fix that besides switching reps and sets.

They’re called fractional plates. There’s a thread in the Training forum from Dan Miller who makes them. You can also buy them from Amazon.

And you can become clever and figure out a way to hang 1.25 pounds from the bar. Perhaps a way that doesn't involve commercial plates. Perhaps washers, or pieces of chain.

I am gonna buy chains today. I have friends who are telling me "don't do that everyone will think you are a fool" etc.. -.-

Does a pound on each side work, Mark?

If 2 pounds is your jump, then 1 pound added to each side works almost perfectly.
