    You need to make better use of a valsalva. Suck in as much air into your gut as you can at the top in between reps, clamp down, and use that to stabilize your torso. That should help to minimize your spinal movement as you get to the bottom of the squat.

    I see your knees tracking over your toes slightly, other than that, pretty good squatting.

    Could ask the camera person to be a little more stable.
