    Default Absolute newbie squat form check 3

    Height 6 feet.
    Body Weight 90 Kg
    Age 29

    Hi, I started one month ago. Progressed from empty bar to 70Kg squats. Yesterday i felt my left arm little bit sore from squatting and bench pressing. Someone between the underside of the elbow and the bicep but i could not point it out. It disappeared after some time. Please help me corrrect my form

    Cant see bar and arm placement from this angle mate. Guess is you're cranking elbows to high, but that's personal experience.
    Might also get a tad deeper. You stop at barely parallel. And I think you could get a bit more horizontal but that's beyond my scope....
    Shoot a vid from 45° behind you. That way people can comment better on form.
    And get lifting shoes always get lifting shoes.

    You have the same problems I've had - knees traveling too far forward, back angle too upright. Use TUBOW, shove your knees out farther than feels comfortable, and push your hips back such that your chest is pointed at the floor. It will feel like you are bent over too much, but that's the correct form.
