    Default 445 lb heavy single squat. Feedback appreciated

    This is the second of three heavy singles I did last night following Andy Bakers "Add Strength and Mass After 40" program.

    I let the weight come a bit forward near the bottom and so my knees shot forward and my heels came up a bit, but I was able to recover pretty well I think. I've looked at it for depth and while it's close, I think I got depth.

    It looks 2-3 inches high. Otherwise, from this angle it looks OK as far as form for a heavy single.

    Yep, it's high. And I'm a high squatting, sumo pulling cheater so I'd know.
