    last week i was going real low but "dive bombing" this week i tried a slower descent but dont think i hit enough depth.?????

    Not quite. Another couple of inches and you'll be good.

    First couple of reps you lifted your chin/chest on the way up. Hip drive sir!

    Mia, can you explain how you're determining depth? Looking at the safety and his left leg, depth seems ok? Am I getting confused by the camera angle?

    I slow it right down to 0.25 speed, and try to pause the video just as he hits the bottom, then try and judge versus the safeties. Some reps are a little higher/lower than others.

    I may also be wrong, so please chime in if you think differently :-)

    Agree with Mia, those would get red lights in competition. Greg, the hip crease needs to break the plane with the top of the knee, which isn't happening.

    Otherwise, looking good to me, but I'm not a SSC
