    Hi!

    First of all, I would like to apologize for my English, I know it is not very good.

    I am very happy to be here, it is my first time and I hope to learn a lot.

    Well, this is me doing squats, I'm not sure if the technique is good but I've felt very comfortable.

    I've been doing an Olympic squat and the shift has been for the better, I have a long femur and it was impossible to maintain verticality in the movement.

    I hope opinions and criticism, I want to strengthen the technique and start again with this new style.

    Do you see how you start the lift by breaking only at your hips first, and as a result your knees don't travel very far forward? We want to change that by breaking at the hips and the knees at the same time, and moving those knees farther forward. Think 1-2 inches past your toes.
