I'm trying to grow my ankles to be more proportional to my calves. Should I do program these before or after squats for the most muscle activation?

Looks like a warm-up for something else. It's amazing how many brand-new exercises you can find with a camera in a Chinese training hall.
I wonder why she might have knee wraps on as well. I'd be curious to actually hear her thoughts on why she's doing it.
Regardless, this isn't going to grow your ankles. Look at the ankle anatomy and see for yourself. If you make those muscles bigger, your legs are going to get bigger too. I don't see how you'd selectively "grow" your ankles.

Ya, this was a Google algorithm thinking I would enjoy this video. I just this it was funny. My diabetes is doing a great job of growing my ankle without exercise.
Ok... I don't have diabetes. But if did then huge kankles here I come!
