    Hi coach,

yesterday's squats felt brutal and I'm pretty sure I'm getting stuck next session if I increase the weight. Here's a video of the last set, maybe my form is fucked up.

I will do a light day next session as described in PPST. Anything else I can do? I'm 30 yo, 6'0", 203 lbs. Calories are at 3.6k at the moment.

Current lifts are: Squat 275 lbs, Deadlift 301 lbs, Press 112 lbs, Bench 185 lbs, Power Clean 137 lbs.

    Thanks coach!

You are lifting your chest and are too vertical. Lean over more, look down, drive your hips up. Missing a rep is not the end of the world. Come back next time and get it. Based on your bar speed, you are not about to imminently fail. Stay in your hips and things will feel better.

Dropped a bit of weight and tried to lean over more. Are these better? Hip-Drive seems a bit lack-luster.

Not bad. I agree with your assessment, however. More hips. Drive your butt up all the way to the top.
