Thanks everyone for responding.Here are some of my best lifts done with a belt and knee wraps,no other power lifter gear.
215-225 bodyweight-
1650 pound total(700,585,365)
Done in my late teens/early 20īs
165-170 bodyweight-
1465 pound total(550,585,330)
Done in my mid 20's
I am in my early 30's now and my main goal is to maintain a decent level of strength while doing various endurance sports.

Thank you I have worked very hard to achieve those lifts and feel that anyone can lift these weights if they train well,eat well,and make sure they dont overtrain. I have been looking for a powerlifting forum for months and found this one a couple days ago.There's lots of good information here and I feel this forum is better place for me than a bodybuilding forum, since I am not a bodybuilder and rather focus on strength/endurance sports. I hope to gain more knowledge in the RAW category of powerlifting and will help others.
