I went to your CF barbell cert and bought your book. Excellent stuff!
I'm on week 5 of SS & drinking a gallon of whole milk/day. Gained 13lb and dropped 2% bodyfat in the first 4 weeks, now at 188lb 11% on a 6' frame (age 26). In those four weeks I'm already squatting, DL, cleaning, and benching sets of 5 what was previously my 1RM. (now: SQ 275x5, DL 330x5, PC 175x5, BP 190x5)
Four years ago I was only 130lb, a former CC runner, and simply thought I never had the genetics to gain mass or "be strong". I'd tried other programs with poor results. This program works and has changed how I think about myself. Thank you!
