Question about grinding out reps
Hello Coaches!
Is it more important to grind out one or two shitty reps to get to a prescribed number in a set or to maintain some degree of technical proficiency?
Thanks in advanced,
Chris

As someone smarter than me once said, "Don't let perfect be the enemy of good." However, if your technique goes to shit and you are in danger of hurting yourself, rack it. This is a question only you or your training partner/coach can answer. Bottom line: don't be a pussy, and don't be stupid. Amen.
