    You on the Reynolds-Method?

Also reading your meet writeup in your log. I felt so many feels. Especially the third dead completion / emotion.

    Accumulation: Week 1: Squat

Power Clean: (185x2)x4 (accidentally did 4 sets instead of 3...how does this happen?)

    Squat: 337.5x1, 297.5x5x5

Deficit SLDL on a 45: (185x6)x2, (205x6)x2 (supposed to be RPE 8, but wasn't that heavy. First time doing these, so will up the weight more next time. Might not do these from a deficit next time, depending on what the video of my legs looks like).

GPP: 4 rounds (love/hate relationship formed)
    Good mornings
    Lunges
    Russian Swings
    Ab wheel
