To clarify, this was not a court victory, this was a settlement. North Carolina caved. Further, the victory was fairly limited--Steve Cooksey can continue providing information through his website, but make no mistake--the NC Board of Dietetics is not letting unlicensed individuals provide nutritional counseling.

That said, I do think this is significant. Here's a post I drafted today on it explaining why.
