Squat Form check
Hey, I've been struggling with my technique a bit lately, but I think I got it down now. Was sick for a week and lost 5kg of bodyweight so I lifted light today to get back into it. This is 140kg x3.

Yeah, sorry to hear about the weight loss, that happens to me too.
Nothing jumps out at me, i.e. they look pretty good, though I'm no coach. I hear that light weights aren't where form checks are most useful, so maybe something closer to RPE 8 would get us something to look at.
